The plum festival at Hanegi Park in Setagaya Ward; 2027 is its 48th edition, planned from Saturday, February 6 to Sunday, February 28.
Red and white ume bloom on the park's low hill, an easy plum-viewing spot to reach within Tokyo. Events will be held mainly on weekends and holidays; the programme is still to be decided (updates on the official website).
