A plum park of about 38 hectares inside Inabe Agricultural Park, one of the largest plum spots in the Tokai region. It has a vast grove of fruiting plums and a garden-style plum garden of ornamental varieties, with more than 4,000 ume trees of about 100 varieties.
From the lookout, flowers in many shades of pink spread over the whole slope below. A plum festival is held every year from late February to mid-March.
