Features
A weeping flowering ume with pale pink, large double flowers. The Sanuki Flower Garden lists it as Bungo type.
The Bungo group came from crossing ume with apricot. Most have pink flowers; the trunks are thick and the flowers and leaves large, but the scent is mild.
Where to see it
It grows at the Suzuka no Mori Garden in Mie and the Sanuki Flower Garden in Kagawa.
Other weeping ume are on the weeping ume page.
